I love being with mom in her room.

Before and After

This morning she was so cute and busy looking at her book, I snapped a pic.

Now, after her bath she is all clean and still very busy - 

now watching an explorer find Incan treasure 

(or not find it - as I suspect this will end).

Much happier now :-)

Today is a good day (even though she doesn't

get the coconut oil rinsed out until tomorrow),

hair treatment troubles

Not too happy just now.

She's got her coconut oil hair treatment in.

But, at least the Amelia Earhart documentary

on Netflix is a nice distraction.

curlers for a Sunday hairdo

Ain't she sweet?

So, she knows what's coming once she's 

got her alien spacecraft around her neck.

I asked her:

  "Can you give me a big smile for the picture?"  

And she responded:

"I'm not sure about that."

Above is her "not sure" face.

But, a little while later, all clean and her hair all dry, she is content and happy.

(Still fascinated by yesterday's mail  :-)  )

Mail for Mom today

Today Mommy got a letter in the mail.

I said, "It's beautiful, isn't it?"

And she said: "It sure is."

Then she settled back to admire it.

Wash-up and Shampoo all done.

Time for the blow-dryer.

I do, too :-)

I said: "I love you, Mommy."

And she said:  "I do too."

(As you can see, I don't have all the coconut oil washed out yet.

I'm gonna wash her hair again tomorrow.)

Back to holistic attempts to treat all the fungus problem.

I've got her roots smeared with coconut oil.

I put in the curlers to keep the hair out of my way 

while I massaged the oil in.  It's done WONDERS for her feet. 

So, we're trying it on her scalp now.
