Unexpected Vistors


Mom was so happy.  The kids (even the baby) all remembered her, and sat with her, and played and talked with her.  It was so wonderful.

Mom's room turned from a sick room to a play room, and that worked for everyone!

Sometimes the greatest pleasures happen when we least expect them!

    I'm so glad the children remembered grandma! Especially Alicia, I was worried she might be afraid of grandma. :)

    Yes it was a nice surprise trip! Sorry for the reason we came up that way, but glad for the detour on the way home to see all of you! I got to see all my family for the first time since last year and loved every minute of it! :) I have to admit I was actually surprised that the baby did not fuss when I plopped her next to grandma, I was glad she remembered her! Of course grandma was here when she was born and almost until she was a year old. Even though moms memory is not great, the few days after I had the baby she looked worried and concerned for me. So compassionate!
